Your eyes are opened at this house night and day, the place of which you said, 'My name is there.' Hear the prayer which your servant prays at this place.
(1Kings 8:29) ARTB
This is one line of Solomon's prayer at the temple dedication. The prayer begins at 1 Kings 8:22-30 in the Ancient Roots Translinear Bible (ARTB):
Solomon stood in front of the altar of Yahweh before all the assembly of Israel, and spread his palms to heaven. He said,
“Yahweh God of Israel, no God is similar to you, in the heavens above, and over the land underneath: Keeping a covenant in mercy with your servants; going in front of you with all their heart; and keeping what you spoke for your servant David my father. You spoke with your mouth and your hand fulfilled it this day.
“Now, Yahweh God of Israel, keep for your servant David my father what you spoke to him, saying, ‘My face will never cut a man of yours dwelling over the throne of Israel: If your sons keep to their way, and only go in front of me as you went in front of me.’ Now please, God of Israel: I believe your word which you spoke to your servant David my father. For God truly dwells over the land. Even the |||heavens||| can not sustain you and this house that I built here!
“Face at the prayer of your servant, and at his supplication, Yahweh my God, to hear into the cheers and into the prayer which your servant prays in front of you today. Your eyes are opened at this house hight and day, the place of which you said, 'My name is there.' GHear the prayer which your servant prays at this place. Hear the supplication of your servant, and of your peaople Israel, that they pray at this place. Hear from your dwelling place at heaven, hear and forgive."
