Jeremiah 4:19, ARTB (shofar, fanfare)
My bowels, my bowels! The walls of my heart travail! My heart rumbles in me, and never silences. My soul hears the voice of the shofar and the fanfare of war!
(Jeremiah 4:19) ARTB

Note from A. Frances Werner:

The word FANFARE is a marvelous word utilized in the ARTB which is based on a specific Hebrew word that occurs 36 times in the Old Testament.  Most other translations translate it as SHOUT.  But it's not the sound of a human voice, it's the sound of instruments.  By far, most references are associated with shofar or trumpet fanfare, but there is one application which refers to the sound of cymbals.  Can you hear it?

Yahweh God ascends with fanfare, with the voice of a shofar. (Psalm 47:5) ARTB

Praise him with the report of cymbals: Praise him with cymbal fanfare. (Psalm 150:5) ARTB
