Most English translations use the word LAW instead of TORAH in this verse.   The ARTB employs the word TORAH for two reasons.  First, it is the actual word in the Hebrew manuscripts.  Secondly, the original Hebrew language has two separate words to distinguish between the LAWS of man and God's TORAH.   

The TORAH includes more than God's laws, it's the fullness of His word.  That's worth meditating!
