A note from A. Frances Werner:

The ARTB utilizes the word TORAH, which is the actual Hebrew word (Strong's 8451), right in the text.  It occurs over 200 times in the Old Testament. Most English translations utilize the English word LAW in this passage.  TORAH specifically means the transmitted regulations from Yahweh to Moses. The original Hebrew text uses a completely different word for human LAW (DAT, Strong's 1881 & 1882). 

The Aramaic and Greek languages do not utilize the word TORAH at all, and simply refer to all regulations, whether God's or man's,  as LAW.
